Join us for a morning of Yoga and Mindfulness taught by instructors Vivian Valentin and Karen Lee Stevens. Therapy dogs of Santa Barbara will be on-site providing a pawsitive presence and calming tail wags. After your morning sessions, stroll to the winery for a catered vegetarian lunch by Lucky Hen Larder and a glass of wine. Additional wines by-the-glass or wine tasting available for purchase.
*Therapy dogs will be present throughout the event. NO other dogs allowed. Guests provide their own yoga mats.
