This Old-World-inspired Syrah initially presents savory aromas of dark chocolate and cedar, augmented by blueberry and plum. A few glass swirls allow the bouquet to develop into mouthwatering notes of freshly baked pie, star anise, and lingering cigar smoke. The first sip reveals the complex symmetry of the fruit – cranberry, pomegranate, and blackberry- with savory black pepper, eucalyptus, and vanilla.
