Join us for a second spring gathering as we continue the debut of our newest Heritage releases—limited-production wines drawn from our most select vineyard blocks and crafted for depth, structure, and longevity. These wines represent the pinnacle of our cellar and future allocations can only be guaranteed to Heritage members.
For this evening, we elevate the experience with a thoughtfully composed three-course pairing prepared by Fire to Fork Catering. Each course is designed to highlight the nuance and architecture of the wines, moving from bright and expressive to layered and powerful, showcasing the full range of the Heritage collection.
This will be a more intimate, seated experience—an exploration of texture, balance, and seasonality—where food and wine are presented in deliberate dialogue.
